The serial number is not accepted at installation. |
| Solution: |
Make
sure you are using the serial number of the version
you are trying to install. It is important to leave
a space between each group of three letters. Example:
xxx xxx xxx xxx (do not use dashes between the groups
of letters and do not use the keyboard's right arrow
key) |

When
applying a correction from within Word 7, 97 or
2000 the text is offset or staggered. |

Select
Options from the Tools menu in Word. Make sure that
the "Typing replaces selection" and "Drag-and-drop
text editing" boxes are checked in the Edit
