Technical Support / Collins Dictionnary

Problem: I installed Collins on a Windows 2000 platform but I cannot access the bilingual dictionaries.
Solution:

Delete the two following files:

crefwin.ini
crfewin.ini

Once you have finished using Collins and you wish to close it, you must first shrink the window (not minimize it). It is very important that the window not be in full screen mode when you shut down the program.

If you inadvertently close the window while it is in full screen mode, you will have to delete the two previously mentioned files again.

Users with the English thesaurus and dictionary will have to delete the two following files:

coedwin.ini
ctazwin.ini
